Turn dice rolls into a growing estate of towns, farms, ships and castles.

Each player develops their own estate by taking hexagonal tiles from shared depots and placing them onto matching spaces. Your dice determine the available actions, while workers let you adjust awkward rolls. Completed regions, tile effects and goods sales provide different routes to points across five phases.
Your collection entry is the 2019 edition, which includes additional modules. Learn the base estate-building rules first; use that edition’s rulebook when adding solo, team or expansion content.
