AT THE TABLE

A little about The Lord of the Rings.

Players cooperate as hobbits across a series of Middle-earth conflict boards. Quest cards help the group progress through locations such as Moria and Mordor, while corruption and events threaten the Fellowship.

What you’ll do

  1. Choose a hobbit and work together as the Fellowship
  2. Play quest cards to advance across conflict boards
  3. Manage corruption and try to destroy the One Ring

Good to know

This is Reiner Knizia’s cooperative The Lord of the Rings board game, first published in 2000. Dan’s exact printing is unconfirmed. It is separate from the two-player The Confrontation.
